[lore] Mounts - cargo lizard, nameless for now

Lore related.

One of regular mounts.
Comes from deserts of Sha Vi - eye-less lizard with surprisingly calm temper. Mask is used to block it's heat sense, which renders lizard absolutely cool and passive, unless poked by it's rider.

Used as common transport. Kind of a local "bus")
